During an alert, people who can't read Hebrew don't always understand what is happening or where to take shelter, and every second counts.
The solution
A web app that checks the official channels every few seconds, shows alerts by city and on a map, warns with sound and notifications, and explains what to do in Spanish, English and Hebrew.
